ZWVS Two-Speed Reverse-Reduction Gearbox
ZWVS is a two-speed reverse-reduction gearbox with two selectable gear ratios between input and output shaft. The Power Ratings views show approximate engine-power envelopes read from the brochure's selection diagram, which REINTJES provides as an overview only — lighter duty cycles permit higher ratings. Main Dimensions (mm) and dry weights are from the brochure dimension table; the H3 figure is a range covering both output-shaft positions. Values are not strictly binding (subject to change); for a binding gearbox selection, contact Karl Senner.

- Prepared for mounting of SAE bell housings
- Helical spur gears, case-hardened and tooth-flank ground
- Built-in, hydraulically operated disc clutches (steel / sinter friction)
- Smooth engagement via adapted pressure increase during shifting
- Full power transmission and same reduction in both output directions
- Integrated oil sump with common operating & lube oil circuit
- Oil pump and oil filter accessible from the outside
- Built-on heat exchanger, seawater-resistant
- Maximum cooling water inlet temperature 32°C (90°F)
- Fitted pressure gauge + connection for remote pressure / temperature supervision
- Built-on control valve with electric operation
- Input: free shaft end with taper 1:30 (WVS & WLS) Input flange (WVS/U & WLS/U)
