WAF & LAF — Matched to Your Propeller
The 2346–7760 range is available as a reverse-reduction WAF gearbox for fixed-pitch propellers or an LAF reduction gearbox for controllable-pitch propellers, designed for heavy-duty propulsion applications.

- Roller bearings with integrated thrust bearing
- Full power transmission in both output directions
- Integrated oil sump with common oil circuit; oil pump and filter accessible from outside
- Rigid mounting (standard across the full WAF 665 – 1973 range)
- Built-on seawater-resistant heat exchanger with fixed piping
- Maximum cooling water inlet temperature of 32°C (90°F)
- Connection for remote pressure and temperature supervision
- Built-on control valve with electric, pneumatic, or mechanical operation
- Input: free shaft with 1:30 cone
- Output: forged-on flange
- Coated with synthetic resin varnish (RAL 7001 silver-grey)
