Cultivating Excellence: Our Training Philosophy
Karl Senner prioritizes education for the service team and customers to achieve peak efficiency. The in-house training facility covers routine maintenance, specific components, and comprehensive driveline understanding, both mechanical and electrical.
Internal Training
Karl Senner’s technicians and customer service representatives (CSRs) regularly attend training at dedicated facilities to learn from each other and become experts in their field. They aim to master a comprehensive understanding of the complete driveline and be capable of handling all mechanical and electrical needs, which proves to be a tremendous asset for the equipment operators.
